Abstract
Background: Facial musculature aids in orofacial functions and involves speech, mastication, deglutition. Orofacial myofunctional exercises are exercises which are associated with form and function of face and lip.
Conclusion: Orofacial muscle exercise through these simple and effective methods helps in favorable lip seal along with other muscular changes.
