The IDA branch Madras has been an active wing of the Indian Dental Association and has been bustling with many academic and extracurricular activities. An official attempt to GUINESS WORLD RECORDS entered the unit into the Pages of Asia and India Book of Records for ‘Most people brushing their teeth simultaneously in a Single venue(23,615 people).There has always been frequent interactive sessions, camps, CDE, CDH and other awareness programs organised by the IDA Madras branch which strives to keep our members updated and in trend with the current dental concepts. The MIDAS is a festival that is looked upon by every member, be it a budding student dentist to the professionals practising extensively. The elaborate gala comprises of the sports, cultural and scientific events, which allows the students not only to explore academicplatforms but all forms of art and sport. The association also provides a e-Journal facility which allows authors to publish quality scientific work and other to benefit out of them.
